Apex Needs Senior Survey CAD Technicians!
Senior Survey CAD Technician
Ideal Applicant shall have the following attributes but not limited to:

Ability to work on several multi-discipline projects simultaneously.

Working knowledge of field surveying including boundary, topo, and construction staking.
-
Proficient in the use of AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
-
Ability to undertake research and review survey data and analyze title reports to determine property boundaries.
-
Highly proficient in mathematics and measurements.
-
Knowledge of survey ethics and technical standards.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or GED required.
-
Minimum of 5 years of experience including boundary, topographic, and ALTA surveys, construction staking, and data collection required.
-
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D - survey drafting experience.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
-
Knowledge of the standard application of surveying techniques and procedures.
-
Land survey field experience preferred but not required.
-
Experience with survey equipment, such as GPS, Robotic, and Total Station is preferred.

Ability to read and organize field notes.
