Apex Engineering is proud to be associated with Tacoma/Pierce County Habitat for Humanity and their unique mission to partner with families in need to build and own simple, decent, affordable homes in safe communities.
Most recently, we have been involved in four projects located in Tacoma, Gig Harbor and Lakewood. Madison Meadow, located on South Madison between S 67th and 69th will consist of four 2 unit townhomes totaling 8 residences. Proctor Place is located just east of Madison Meadow consisting of 8 townhomes totaling 16 residences. Canterwood, located near St. Anthony Hospital in Gig Harbor will be a three home development that will begin construction in the summer/fall of 2022. The American Lake Townhomes project in Tillicum will consist of a site-specific rezone allowing for multi-family housing in the neighborhood and eventually consist of 12 townhomes.
