Apex performed a comprehensive boundary and topographic survey on the 92 acre site. The boundary consisted of over 20 different parcels with widely divergent legal descriptions. Aerial and ground surveys were used for the mapping portion of this project.
Apex has also provided design engineering mapping services for Bridgeport Way roadway improvements. Apex produced right of way plans following the Local Agency Guidelines (LAG) and right of way deeds for property acquisitions and easements.
